As a qualified person-centred counsellor I offer to listen to and support you as you work through difficulties in your life. I am a very approachable and trustworthy person and I work to make sure that my clients feel comfortable and at ease in our sessions.
My goal is to listen and understand so that I can see the world through my clients' eyes. My passion is to see people become more accepting of themselves and the way that they cope in difficulties.
The space that I offer is 'unconditional' in the sense that I hold no expectations for how you might use it, only that you use it for you.
I offer sessions both online, and in-person from my home in the Southside of Glasgow.
Engaging in Counselling
I offer counselling to anyone for a range of issues and difficulties.
You can expect a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive environment in which personal growth can occur.
As a trained person-centred counsellor I aim to offer you a space to talk through whatever feels most important to you at a pace that you are comfortable with.
Counselling can be seen as a way to unlock your full potential. With this in mind, there is no issue too big or too small to work on in counselling if you feel like it is holding you back or causing you pain in your life.
Session Cost and Flexibility
Sessions typically cost £55 per 50-minute appointment, and take place weekly on a regularly arranged day.
This being said, I am aware that for a number of people, financial commitments/challenges, and work or personal schedules would make such conditions challenging.
This is why I look to work with you to find the best way forward with our sessions. I offer concessionary rates when needed/available, and I am open to exploring different ways of engaging in our sessions when you are unable to commit to a set day/time.
